Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our

Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put

them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your

selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few

details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Prices

shown include vat
Delivery UK mainland is just £3.99 excluding furntiure and

mirrors For other destinations carriage is extra.

We accept Debit cards, Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item

until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not

charged for until they are shipped. You may send your credit

card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the

Internet.

Shipping And Handling

Postage and Packing is £3.99 for UK Mainland Orders Only

(excluding mirrors and furniture where an additional cost

may be involved.). Other destinations will incur additional

carriage costs.

Delivery Schedule

We aim to despatch your goods within 5 working days.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.

You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your

order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK 17.5% VAT is included.

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using

our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card

numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is

placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted

after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear
